Currently, Nvidia’s flagship GPU series is the GeForce RTX 30 series. NVIDIA adopted the RTX badge for its GPUs with ray-tracing capabilities; the RTX 30 is the second iteration. The new series offers substantially improved ray tracing capabilities along with significant speed gains in other areas.

NVIDIA’s new Ampere architecture is included with the RTX 30 series graphics cards. With new AI features that maximize the capability of the hardware, you get more potent RT and Tensor cores. The most significant AI advancement is DLSS, which can increase your frame rate while on the road. It’s impressive that the RTX 30 series DLSS can occasionally enhance frame rate by more than two times.

The RTX 3060 is the least expensive card in the RTX 30 series portfolio, but it still delivers excellent 1080p gaming performance. Despite having 3,584 CUDA cores, it features an impressive 12 GB of GDDR6 RAM.

Above the RTX 3060 is NVIDIA’s RTX 3060 Ti graphics card. Despite being a member of the RTX 3060 series, it has more characteristics than the RTX 3070. It has 8 GB of GDDR6 memory and 4,864 CUDA cores. There are also the RTX 3050 and RTX 3050 Ti, although these are currently limited to laptop use.
